Since I consider myself in shape, I thought my posture was fine. Turns out, the way I sit, sleep, walk and work has a greater influence on staying injury-free than any amount of time at the gym. That’s what Julie’s class has taught and shown me in a personalized way.
Julie is a skilled and talented instructor who is passionate about wellness and prevention of injuries. She is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to anatomy and physical health and her style is accessible and relaxed while at the same time dynamic and fun!
This training is very practical and especially important for people working from home. The tips on posture were helpful, and the stretches and exercises offer a way for people to reduce tension and improve their posture. Julie delivers the training in a way that is easy to understand and follow. I highly recommend this training!
