Contracts and Cancellation Policies
1.1. Payment for registered courses: “The Independent Learner”, “The Circumstantial ”
   1.1.1. Payments are made directly on the labelleposture.com. website. You will receive thedetails of your purchase by email following purchase of the course or module.

1.2. Cancellation policy for registered courses: “The Independent Learner”, “The Circumstantial”
   1.2.1. Recorded courses are not refundable, neither by module, nor for the complete course.

2.1. Payment for session courses: Pilates, “The Great adventure”.
   2.1.1. Payments are made either directly on the labelleposture.com website or via a PayPal invoice. Full payment for the session must be made no later than the day of the first class.

2.2 Cancellation policy for classes in the form of sessions: Pilates, “The Great Adventure”, “The Party Pack”
   2.2.1. Classes are refundable in full minus a penalty of 10% of the total amount of the session of classes not received. Otherwise, the client is invited to take the course(s) again at a later session. At any time, the client has access to the course recordings for 2 weeks following the course.

3.1. Payment for one-time conferences, “The Punctual”, “The Tailor-Made”:
Payment must be made in full on the day of the conference or “The punctual” session via labelleposture.com or a PayPal invoice. For “The Tailor-Made”, the payment must be made during the month following the event. If long-distance travel is required, a portion of the total amount may be requested.

3.2. Cancellation policy: for one-time conferences, “The Punctual”, “The Tailor-Made”
   3.2.1. The conference can be cancelled or rescheduled up until the day before the event.

4.1. . Lecture notes:
Payment upon purchase.

4.2. Course notes are non-refundable.

5.1. Cancellation of a course or event by Julie Labelle.
   5.2. The client will receive a full refund if Julie Labelle must cancel a current session or will be invited to take the class(es) later. In the case of a one-time event, the client will be refunded, provided the total or partial fee has been paid. Otherwise, the client will be asked to reschedule the event at a later date.
