Postures and Movements at Work is an intensive lab, a physical and kinesthetic exploration that fosters the development of one’s bodily awareness, all the while providing a number of tools that can be used to prevent injuries on a daily basis.

Postures and Movements at Work covers the development, the analysis, the application, and the use of specific concepts relating to the body. The training helps participants to understand how they can better use their body’s tools in a way that optimizes their wellbeing. The material is organized by theme, allowing participants to learn ideal body movement in different situations that occur at work and in everyday life.

Available in different formulas to best suit your individual or group needs, this training is addressed to all those who wish to adopt better daily posture and acquire tools to help prevent injuries and improve their overall health. Ultimately, the goal of this training is to enable participants to identify their harmful postural patterns and to obtain tools to correct them.

THE PUNCTUAL AND ACCOMPANIMENT: PRIVATE COACHING

You need a quick and personalized training to better your posture and optimize your physical performance? You want to be more comfortable through your workday? You feel like your body is out of sorts and you want some help to straighten it out?

The first consultation lasts 60 minutes. It includes an analysis of your needs and of your posture, and recommendations on strategies to use in your everyday life. The consultation can be recorded so that you can refer to it later, and view your individualized movement sequence at any time.

The Punctual program will allow you to apply simple exercises to better your posture in your everyday life. The personalized movement sequence that we will develop together will be simple to apply while offering long-term effects – you just need to commit a few minutes to it every day to see durable change!

Who is this program for?
  • You have a lot going on in your life, but you face it all with a smile; you’re very busy but not so much that you put your health on the backburner.
  • You want quick solutions that are concrete and adapted to your needs.
  • You don’t have time to follow a 15-hour training right now, but maybe later…

Join me for an immersive journey into the wonders of the human body to better understand how it works, and to really feel the principles of good posture (rather than just imitating what you have been told is meant to be good posture). During our time together, I will help you better understand the basic concepts of good posture and how to integrate optimal movement into your body. This formula can be perfectly adapted to your annual convention or your seasonal team retreat.

C. The Tailor-Made program over 15 weeks

Just like a weekly yoga or Pilates class, I offer the complete training in the form of weekly thematic workshops. This allows you to digest the information and to integrate the concepts in small steps, to ensure better sustainability. Your team will acquire the knowledge and solutions to prevent injuries related to their work environment, their activities, and their daily life, and they will learn to self-treat. THE INDEPENDENT LEARNER: RECORDED COURSE

This online training is available when you want it. You will have privileged access for 3 months to complete the entire training. Why three months? Because to optimize the benefits, you must aim for an immersive approach. And also to help sustain your motivation.

Learn all the secrets of good posture, how to treat current injuries and prevent new ones, and the right way to move your body so that it will follow you on all your adventures, whether big or small!

Experience a training that will allow you to discover what your body has been hiding from you for so long, to understand and read signals of pain and discomfort, and to learn to manage your body’s whims at all times. All in the comfort of your home, at your own pace and autonomously!

You’re an independent learner but you still want to be sure that you understand the material, in order to apply your new knowledge in an optimal manner? Live the total experience of Postures and Movements at Work on Zoom, or let’s arrange for me to come deliver the training in person. As someone who is deeply passionate about this work, I will give you my all, and support you to become more autonomous in managing your health and wellbeing through optimized posture. We will share this experience together, you, me and no more than 11 other people who are also looking for answers, just like you!

This is a unique experience where each of you will be accompanied and heard in your specific needs. The workshops will be all the more effective from experiencing them with a small community and a dedicated instructor (me :), who will be there to support you at all times.
